Deep Woods Massage Therapy

Initial RMT Appointments for those who are not current Patients. These appointments are specific to determining goals, current and past injuries or contributing factors. Special Tests will be used if necessary. Initial appointments take slightly longer in initial intake which can have less hands on time. This is to ensure we have the proper picture of what we will be treating for this appointment and ongoing appointments. Some common conditions (but not limited to are): Stress reduction, Shoulder Pathologies, Depression/Anxiety, Headaches/Migraines, Insomnia, Ongoing Back Pain, Chronic Pain etc.

Appointments for those that are expecting. Pregnancy massages use a special pregnancy pillow in order for the patient to lay prone.

RMT Pregnancy Massage

This focused treatment combines traditional RMT massage techniques with the therapeutic benefits of hot stones to address specific areas of concern. Ideal for relieving localized tension and discomfort, this session concentrates on problem areas.
Please note this is NOT a Full Body Hot Stone Treatment.

Initial 60 Minute Targeted Hot Stone Massage

If you are a new patient to me, please choose this.

This relaxing full-body treatment combines traditional RMT techniques with the soothing warmth of hot stones. The heat helps ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote a deep sense of relaxation throughout the body.

Your session will address overall muscle health while also giving extra attention to any areas of concern discussed during your assessment.

Initial 75 minute Full Body Hot Stone Massage

Subsequent 75 Minute Targeted Hot Stone Massage

Subsequent 90 Minute Full Body Hot Stone Massage

These are appointments for New ICBC patients. 
Please note that we Do Not Direct Bill ICBC and ICBC Patients must pay in full and submit themselves.
